Summit Panorama Apartments
Summit Panorama was built in 2003 and even though it’s an older apartment complex in Shanghai terms, the compound is well known for its personal and professional services.
With a beautiful central garden, the property is made up of low high-rise apartment buildings.
All apartments are privately owned, so there’s a great variety in renovation and furnishing styles, which basically means there the normal, the great and the horrifying interiors, so at times you may have to check out more than a couple of apartments before you find “the one”.
All buildings in the compound (which itself is 24 gated) have round the clock security guards, and the management also has 24 emergency mantainance.
Some of the units feature under floor heating, which is of course fantastic in Shanghai’s freezing winter months, though you have to refer to former point in that, may have to check out a few, and hope for a little luck to get one of these.
It’s in a great location though, just next to Yanlord Garden in Shanghai’s Financial Center Lujiazui.

Upstairs is a movie and entertainment room, as well as a reading lounge and solarium, guest bedroom, study and guest bathroom.
